1. General Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Purchase govern all product purchase transactions completed through our online e-commerce platform, including all orders for washable rugs, stain-resistant area rugs, and related home textile products. By placing an order and completing payment on this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Purchase, as well as our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Customer Service Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and the platform for all shopping transactions.
All purchase activities are subject to fair trade principles, including voluntary ordering, honest consumption, and standardized after-sales processing. The platform reserves the right to update and optimize these terms to match business operation adjustments and industry standards. Updated clauses will take effect immediately once published on the official website and apply to all subsequent orders without individual notification.
2. Customer Eligibility & User Responsibilities
All customers placing orders on the platform must hold legal capacity for independent consumer purchases. All ordered products are intended for personal household use only and shall not be resold, distributed, or used for unauthorized commercial speculation without formal platform approval. When completing checkout, customers are responsible for submitting accurate and truthful information, including recipient name, delivery address, and payment details.
The platform strictly prohibits malicious ordering behaviors, including bulk fake orders, repeated unreasonable returns, fraudulent discount exploitation, false defect claims, and any operation that disrupts normal platform transactions. Any losses caused by user violation of purchase rules shall be borne by the customer, and the platform reserves the right to restrict account purchasing privileges for abnormal or abusive accounts.
3. Pricing & Payment Rules
All product prices displayed on the platform are denominated in United States Dollar (USD). All listed prices are final consumer prices and do not contain hidden fees, handling charges, remote surcharges, or additional logistics costs. The platform provides permanent free global shipping for all products, and no extra freight fees will be charged during checkout.
Regular product prices are subject to reasonable updates according to market cost fluctuations and product iteration. Price adjustments will only apply to newly placed orders and will not affect completed paid orders. Promotional prices are valid only during specified campaign periods and will automatically revert to standard pricing after the event ends. All payments must be completed through the official platform checkout channel. Off-platform private transactions are not recognized by the platform and are not covered by official after-sales protection.
4. Order Placement, Modification and Cancellation
An official order is confirmed and valid only after successful payment verification. All paid orders will enter warehouse processing within 1 to 3 business days for sorting, inspection, and packaging. Before the goods are shipped, customers may apply for order modifications, including address correction and minor product adjustment, through official customer service channels. The platform will complete eligible modifications free of administrative fees based on real-time inventory availability.
Unshipped orders may be voluntarily cancelled by customers before warehouse dispatch. Approved pre-shipment cancellations will receive full refunds within 5 business days. Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number is generated, cancellation is no longer available, and all post-delivery requests must follow the platform’s return and refund policies.
The platform also reserves the right to cancel unshipped orders actively under special objective circumstances, including long-term inventory shortage, confirmed batch product defects, or force majeure transportation restrictions. In such cases, full refunds will be processed to protect customer interests.
5. Delivery Rules & Receipt Confirmation
All orders follow unified global shipping standards. The platform processes orders within 1–3 business days and provides a uniform global delivery time of 6–12 business days. No expedited shipping service is available, and all customers enjoy the same free shipping and transit timeline regardless of region.
Customers are required to check the packaging integrity and product condition upon receiving the parcel. If damaged packaging, missing items, or product defects caused by logistics issues are found, customers shall retain photo evidence and submit after-sales applications in a timely manner. Signed receipt without objection is regarded as successful delivery of intact qualified products, and subsequent unreasonable damage claims will not be accepted.
Delivery failures caused by customer errors, including invalid addresses, long-term unavailability, or refusal to receive parcels, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Force majeure factors such as extreme weather, regional traffic suspension, and official inspection adjustments may cause minor delays and will not be regarded as platform delivery default.
6. Return & Refund Compliance
All products sold on the platform enjoy a 60-day free return policy calculated from the confirmed delivery date. Eligible returns for personal preference, size mismatch, or unsatisfactory usage experience are supported with free return shipping covered by the platform. Returned products must remain in good condition with complete original packaging, intact labels, and no irreversible damage caused by cutting, improper cleaning, or severe artificial wear.
After returned products are received and inspected by the warehouse, the platform will initiate refunds within 5–10 business days. All refunds are settled in USD and returned to the original payment account. Quality problems, shipping damage, or parcel loss confirmed by the platform support either free replacement or full or partial refunds according to specific conditions.
Overdue return applications beyond the 60-day window and returns with severe artificial damage will be rejected. Fraudulent return and refund behaviors will result in application rejection and abnormal account recording.
7. Product Description & Quality Specifications
All product introductions, including size, material, weaving technology, washable performance, and stain-resistant features, are described based on official factory test data and industry standards. Slight color differences and minor manual measurement errors caused by display screens, light environments, and manual craftsmanship are considered reasonable gaps and do not constitute quality problems.
All washable rugs are made of safe, eco-friendly household textile materials suitable for families with children and pets. The platform implements strict multi-stage quality inspection before shipment to ensure product safety, durability, washability, and stain resistance. Products confirmed to have factory defects support after-sales solutions such as replacement or refund in accordance with official policies.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All website texts, product images, design styles, and technical descriptions belong to the platform’s intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial theft, imitation, and secondary modification are strictly prohibited. Customers shall not use platform product information for counterfeit production, unauthorized resale, or infringing commercial behavior.
